Data is at the core of everything we do for our customers. Nothing makes an operation run more efficiently than having all of the systems speaking to each other allowing for analytics to answer the tough questions .
Emprise excels at connecting your applications and end points using real-time API’s and file processing. We have developed and implemented best practices using several technologies and toolsets.
Emprise knows that once your data is integrated, it should provide insights for your organization. We deliver analytics and solutions through interactive visualizations and custom reporting.
Scheduling & Automation
After the integration development is completed and systems are able to share data, the next logical step is to automate the communication to reduce the amount of manual intervention required.
What are you trying to integrate?
We are always looking to share ideas and strategize about your next big project. Solving problems and designing solutions is the magic that gets us out of bed each morning!Let’s talk!
Client Data Processing Framework
Emprise’s multi-organizational experience refining a modular design for data integration provides for simplified development, consolidated business logic, and focused data quality validation.
Efficiency here is critical in the ARM business as client driven data integrations are 70+% of the overall effort of a client onboarding or system migration.
ONBOARD CLIENTS FASTER
The time it takes from signing a new client to talking off an account on the collection floor can be greatly reduced.
REDUCE OPERATIONAL RISKS
One of the major benefits is the number of interactions with the system of record is significantly reduced.
REDUCE COST OF OWNERSHIP
The solution architecture of an integration framework is based upon the concept of reusable code modules.

Connecting your systems with your customers and other internal systems allows for data to remain in sync allowing the operation to function efficiently.
BATCH (DATA FILE) PROCESSING
The most common type of integration are data files that are processed in batch. Over the years, we have worked with hundreds, if not thousands, of different formats of data, including: delimited, fixed, multi-record, multi-file, XML, EDI, etc. The odds are that we’ve worked with data formats just like yours.
As more systems offer real-time API’s, real-time integration is becoming the norm. Data communication is happening in real-time on a record-by-record basis to ensure that systems are up-to-date as data is changing. Integration through API’s allows for your data to interact with your systems as if the data was entered through the user interface.
DATABASE TO DATABASE
Sometimes integration is required to move data from database to database or from table to table based on the scenario. We often find ourselves scripting solutions to work around limitations or short comings in various software platforms.
If you are moving to a new system, it is critical that your data gets migrated accurately. Emprise focuses on file-to-field mapping as well as state-to-state mapping to ensure that your data is migrated into the new system correctly. Since you have a lot of data, optimization and efficiency are key to limit down time with the go-live event.
MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT & NORMALIZATION
Often times, with various systems that can contain the same data elements, it is critical to have one system of record that is the source of truth for those data elements. Implementing a master data management strategy can increase data quality and ensure that all systems across the organization are using the latest, greatest data values.
CHANGE DATA CAPTURE
Your data is often changing. In some cases, a strategy is required to take action on the changed data. Understanding what needs to happen and implementing the business logic required to facilitate the activity surrounding the changed data can be critical to your success.
Being able to use your data to provide answers for the tough questions is what business intelligence is all about. Delivering interactive visualizations and reporting results is critical to your end user.
Creating a dimensional data model with the right attributes and facts is critical to the success of your data warehousing initiative. Aggregating your data in one place in a structured manner can increase performance and allow you to get the right answers faster without impacting your production system.
In the last few years, data visualization and interactive reporting have been game changing for our customers as well as many industries. Having the ability to slice data, drill down into the details, and explore the data itself has allowed for many legacy reports to be rolled into a real-time dashboard for operational executives.
Your customers and operational teams are always looking for reports to gets answers to their questions about volumes, statuses, and throughput of your teams. These types of reports are often exported and sent to the end user to consume – either manually or electronically.
The toolsets we use for business intelligence continue to change as our customer needs change, but here are some of the more common technologies we have been using lately.
Scheduling & Automation
Once your integration and solutions are in place, the next critical step is to automate to reduce the manual work required by your team. This reduces risk and man hours required to get the job done.
FILE RECOGNITION & LISTENERS
As files arrive in your environment, it is critical to know what to do with the file. Whether you are using an enterprise tool or have a custom need, Emprise can work with you to ensure automation is triggered as files arrive.
The orchestration and scheduling required for your business critical processes to run within processing windows is a big part of your success.
DELIVERY TO RECIPIENTS
When files and reports are ready, they need to be distributed and delivered to the appropriate parties through email or encrypted file transfers.
Throughout our many engagements, we have had the opportunity to leverage many automation tools. These tools are used to trigger processes as well as replace some of the functionality that would typically be required through custom development.
Here are some of the scheduling and automation tools we’ve used recently.
